BEACH CLUBHOUSES

Owners at Cinnamon Beach have a choice of two clubhouses for their exclusive use. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach.

The more lively Lake Clubhouse includes a fitness facility, a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a playground, and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake. Water sprays, fountains, and cascading waterfalls create the perfect place for everyone to cool off.

Residents are also eligible for membership in the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. This beautiful, $14-million oceanfront facility is perfect for entertainment and dining. It includes an elegant oceanfront dining room, a bar, locker rooms, and 20 finely appointed guest rooms for owner's guests.

 

GOLF

When a golf legend is given carte blanche in designing a new course, one can expect a world-class golf venue. What Jack Nicklaus created here, however, is nothing short of a masterpiece.

The Ocean Hammock® Golf Club is one of the most spectacular golf courses on the Eastern Seaboard and boasts eight holes overlooking the Atlantic. It is Floridas first true oceanfront course in more than 70 years and will be among the last ocean courses ever to be built in this country. Club facilities
Located just behind the 18th green and only 300 feet from the Atlantic, the design of the $14-million Clubhouse was based on architectural details and colors of the West Indies. Nearly every activity space boasts remarkable views of ocean vistas or the famous four finishing holes of the golf course, appropriately dubbed "The Bear Claw."
