side condo rentals overlook the Ocean Hammock Golf Club Resort, a
stunning and challenging golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
Best of all, all of our luxury condos include FREE access to a
heated ocean-front pool, a second large heated pool with a gradual
slope for kids and families, a "water splash zone" for kids, a
fitness center, a game room, jacuzzi and a selection of picturesque
walking and jogging trails.
This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 1054 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts
in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida -
south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is
building 10, fifth floor. We also manage in the same building
Cinnamon Beach ocean front condos 1024 (2nd floor), 1031,1032,1033 &
1034 (3rd floor), 1043, 1045 (4th floor), 1052 (5th floor) and condo
1061, 1062 & 1064 (6th floor).
The owner of this condo has one of the best condos in the Palm
Coast! As you enter the foyer you are greeted by 9-foot ceilings,
tiled floors and an interior thoughtfully planned to offer luxurious
relaxation. Head down the hall and you will get your first glimpse
of the resort and golf course.
The huge balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. With
comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate 8,
this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.
The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet
kitchen full of amenities. The kitchen is open to the living and
dining rooms that have spectacular views. The dining room is
ready for candle light dinners, family gatherings or anything in
between. The living room has generous seating arranged to take
advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully
equipped entertainment center. The living room couch also converts
to a queen-size sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).
The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths are a split plan for more privacy. The
master suite off the living room has a king size bed (sleeps 2) from
which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The oversized
master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large tub, and a
separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two comfortable
guest bedrooms, each with its own bath and generous closet space.
One guest room has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two
twins (sleeps 2). Plus, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa
(sleeps 2). The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer
and dryer.
Our condo is located just a short walk from the 2 Cinnamon Beach
heated pools. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind,
offers a secluded environment overlooking the ocean and a large
heated pool with chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach. The
livelier Lake Clubhouse includes fitness facilities, a heated family
pool area with a gradual slope for kids which includes a "water
play, splash zone", a teen center, and an entertainment room, all
with views of the fresh-water lake.
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the
Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon
Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is also known as 'The Pebble
Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access to the
Intercoastal waterway and 6 more challenging golf courses including:
Palm Harbor Golf Club, Pine Lakes Golf Club, Cypress Knoll Golf
Club, Matanzas Golf Club and Grand Haven Golf Club.
Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, AC, heat. Plus,
new color TVs, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including;
dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker,

The Ocean Hammock resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an
ocean-front pool, a second large pool for families, a fitness
center, a recreation center, a game room, several restaurants and a
selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails.
The resort also features the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. It is one of
the most spectacular golf courses on the Eastern Seaboard and boasts
eight holes overlooking the Atlantic.
It is Florida’s first true oceanfront course in more than 70 years
and will be among the last ocean courses ever to be built in this
country. The links-style, par-72 course is a challenge and a
pleasure for players of all levels.
The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different
clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a
family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a water
playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the
fresh-water lake.
The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded
environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to
spill into the ocean, private cabanas, and a viewing tower
overlooking the ocean.
