Who sets the price for the sale of your unit?

Establishing a marketable and desirable value for the seller and buyer to any property is the main key to the successful sale. At Harris Realty & Associates we recommend that the owner set the sales price, or you may contact a Professional Real Estate Appraiser familiar with establishing a marketable value for your Timeshare units. Please review your local Real Estate index or call for a recommendation.

 

From the first day that we opened our doors we have always made sure that our customers get the service they deserve and have paid for.

 

General Conditions: This agreement is non-exclusive; you may use other brokers or agencies

without penalties to Harris Realty & Associates.

 

It is the owners responsibility to contact Harris Realty & Associates in writing if the property is no longer available for sale or rent. This will stop further efforts by us to secure a buyer. If Harris Realty

& Associates informs you or submits to you a contract of sale for full asking price we have earned our full commission. If the property has already been sold or taken off the market, AND Harris Realty & Associates was not notified in writing, we will be due the remaining portion of our commission. We get paid a flat fee of $954.00 for each timeshare unit but only $477.00 is paid upfront for an advanced marketing fee. Therefore when we bring you a buyer, the remaining portion of $477.00 will be due for securing the buyer, paid at closing. Our Guarantee to you is that if another company sells the unit before we do and sells it within 25% of the asking price that you will be released from paying the remaining portion of the flat fee of $477.

 

All proceeds from the sale will be disbursed in a timely manner upon closing by the title company handling the closing.

 

Owner shall indemnify and hold Harris Realty & Associates, its officers and employees harmless against and from misrepresentations or omissions made herein by owner or failure of owner to perform hereunder. Seller(s) warrants that the information in this Agreement is true and correct to the best of his/her knowledge and belief, and may be used as a basis for presenting the property to prospective buyers. Seller is obligated to inform Broker of any material changes in the information contained herein.

 

This agreement shall be in effect for eighteen (18) months from the date of signing. It may be cancelled without cost or obligation by either party with three days written notice.

 

The commission rate is a flat rate of $954. Your ONLY cost for the sale of your timeshare will be our commission as previously mentioned above. Closing costs are paid by the buyer at the time of closing. We work HARD for you.
